Vendors are invited to bid unit prices on a term agreement for Field Irrigation Maintenance service for the Department of Public Works in Marion County, IN. Other departments and agencies of the City may also utilize this contract. Questions pertaining to the technical specifications and bidding documents may be directed to Bonita Smith, Purchasing Division, in writing either by email to Bonita.Smith@indy.gov or fax (317) 327-4493, no later than February 16, 2021 at 12:00 Noon Eastern Time. The term of the initial contract shall be two (2) years, effective from the date of the award letter. There will be no bid bonds or performance bonds required for this contract. The City of Indianapolis/Marion County reserve the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any of the terms and conditions and provisions contained in the Invitation to Bid (RFB) or other documents, or any informality, irregularity or omission in any bid, and to award to one or more bidders.
