This Invitation for Bid (IFB) is soliciting bids for SCS Districtwide Generator Preventative Maintenance Services. The SCBE requests bids for SCS Districtwide Generator Preventative Maintenance Services from qualified contractors and certified technicians for inspecting, testing and maintenance services as per manufacturer's recommendations and instruction manuals. It is important the selected contractor(s) can minimize the disruption of service to the schools and maintain a secure environment in accordance with the specifications enclosed herewith. The scope of work is attached to the IFB. Responses submitted must meet or exceed all requirements. Bids that do not meet or exceed all requirements will be considered nonresponsive. The anticipated terms of this contract shall be (1) year(s) with two (2) additional optional years. The Commencement Date will be the date the contract date is fully executed. Questions or requests for clarification of technical issues and terms pertaining to this Bid must be submitted in writing via e-mail to William Webb at webbw@scsk12.org or LaJuanna Jones-Sulton at jonessultonlm@scsk12.org, by February 9, 2021 @ 2:00 PM CST. The right is reserved to reject any or all Bids.
