Developments GA06P086005 & 006 (34 Dwelling Units in 7 Buildings): Complete interior renovation including replacement of selected walls and all ceilings; replacement of floor finishes; replacement of kitchen cabinets; replacement of closet shelving; replacement of all interior and exterior doors, frames and hardware; replacement of security screen doors; replacement of windows, cleaning and reinstallation of security window screens; replacement of all above and below slab plumbing and fixtures; replacement of electrical service, distribution panel, wiring, devices, and fixtures; and replacement of heating systems. Removal of selected sidewalks and restoration of yards, removal and replacement of sidewalks in locations directed by the Owner, and reconfiguration of handicapped accessible parking and access to designated dwelling units.
