Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lititz, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The estimated cost of the project exceeds $750,000. All Questions Must Be Submitted . All Proposals (Bids) Are to Be Accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Check in the Amount of 10% of the Total Bid. The Borough Reserves the Right to Waive Any Minor Informalities, Irregularities or Defects in the Bid; or to Reject Any or All of the Bids. All Bidders Are Required to Establish Proof of Competency and Responsibility, in Accordance With 67 Pa Code Chapter 457, Regulations Governing Pre-qualification of Prospective Bidders and Penndot Form 408/2016, as Supplemented and Amended, Section 102. Subcontractors Must Pre-qualify in the Same Manner, if Listed in the Proposal or if Bidder Subsequently Undertakes the Partial or Total Construction of One or More Items of Work. All Bidders and Subcontractors Must Be Pre-qualified. The Borough Has Determined That This Work Is Subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act ( 43 P. S. 165-1 - 165-17 ) and the Contractor Shall Pay at Least the Wage Rates as Determined in the Decision of the Secretary of Labor and Industry and Shall Comply With the Conditions of the Act Approved August 15, 1961, and the Regulations Issued Thereto, to Assure the Full and Proper Payment of the Rates.
