The Brownsville PUB will not be responsible in the event that the U.S. Postal Service or any other courier system fails to deliver the sealed proposals to the Brownsville PUB, Purchasing office by the given deadline above. No proposal will be accepted via facsimile or electronic transmission. The Brownsville PUB reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive irregularities contained therein and to accept any proposal deemed most advantageous to the Brownsville PUB. LAST DAY TO SUBMIT QUESTIONS February 10, 2021 by 2:00 PM This contract shall be for a period of one (1) year from the date of the purchase order with the option to renew annually for an additional two (2), one (1) year periods, if service and price are satisfactory, and the renewal is agreed upon in writing by both parties.
