Installation of concrete curb and gutter, concrete pavement, concrete sidewalk, driveway replacement, sanitary sewer relay, storm sewer, storm sewer relay, water main relay, building services and utility adjustments in South 82nd Street from West Greenfield Avenue to West National Avenue and South 82nd Street from West Burnham Street to West Rogers Street. PLAN FILE NOS. SP-1261, SP-1262, S-1261, S-1648, S-1649, S-1650, W-1406, W-1411, W-1412, W-1413, U-2661, U-2668, U-2669, U-2670 Backfilling and clean up at each location shall be completed within three (3) working days after the placement of concrete. Sodding shall be completed within ten (10) working days after the placement of concrete. It is estimated that the Notice to Begin Work on S. 82nd St. will be given on or about March 22, 2021. All work on the entire Contract shall be completed by September 29, 2021 including sod and restoration. No work will be permitted during the Wisconsin State Fair (August 5, 2021 through August 15, 2021) The work under this Contract consists of reconstruction of South 82nd Street as a 7" concrete pavement, on a 5" dense graded base of crushed stone or crushed concrete; with concrete sidewalk, concrete driveway approaches, landscaping, storm sewer, storm sewer relay, sanitary sewer relay, water main relay, building services, utility adjustments and all incidental items necessary to complete the work as shown on the Plans and included in these Special Provisions.
