Replacement of 3 exhaust fans including their power supply. Aeraulic calibration of the fresh air system, heat pumps and evacuators. Hydraulic calibration of the mixed water network of heat pumps. The main constraints and special considerations relating to the project are: Inter-ceilings contain asbestos and access to inter-ceilings (ceiling heat pumps) must be done in asbestos conditions. The plaster of the perimeter walls contains asbestos and the dismantling / installation of the wall heat pumps must be done in asbestos conditions. The heat pump replacement site will overlap with the building envelope repair site (seasonal work done day / week). To avoid any project management conflict, the heat pump replacement project will be carried out evenings / weekends. Close coordination between the two contractors will be required to avoid any overlap in time and space. Prior to the preparation of his project schedule, the contractor must check with BGIS about projects that are in progress or to come in the building and whose schedules and work areas may overlap that of this project. The project schedule presented must take this information into account in order to avoid simultaneous work in the same place. The work will be carried out outside normal working hours. Displaced workstations must be put back in place when employees return in the morning to avoid any impact on normal building operations.
