Daniel & Company, Inc. The project is generally described as the construction of an approximately 20,240 sq. ft. road chemical storage building. The proposed new building is 1-story, concrete exterior walls with pre-engineered steel framed roof structure with fabric membrane roof system. The work includes earthwork, storm water management, underground salt water storage tanks, site utilities, paving, fencing and other appurtenances for a complete and operational facility. Work Location: The right-of-way at the intersection of Ruffin Mill Road (Route 746) and Woods Edge Road (Route 620) in Chesterfield County, VA 23834 A five percent (5%) bid bond is required to accompany this bid. When required bid shall be accompanied by a Commonwealth of Virginia Standard Bid Bond, Form CO-10.2, payable to the Owner as obligee in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid. Failure to submit the bid bond on the Commonwealth of Virginia Standard Bid Bond, Form CO-10.2 will result in the bid being considered non-responsive.
