Renovation of a medical facility in Fort Worth, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Pursuant to the provisions in Section 2269 of the Texas Local Government Code and related laws, the Tarrant County Hospital District is seeking Proposals from construction firms qualified and experienced in providing construction services for OBOR / ENDO OR REFRESH. The applicable surveys, models, sketches, drawings, specifications, digital models, and other similar materials for construction of the Project have been prepared by E4H ARCHITECTURE. Request from interested Respondents for additional information or interpretation of the information included in the RFP document package or for correction of any ambiguity, inconsistency or error should be directed in writing to the Architect, via email to: Michael Smith msmith@e4harchitecture.com, with a copy to sodonnell@jpshealth.org No such request will be received if submitted after 12:00 pm (Noon), Central Time, on February 8, 2021 ("Question Deadline"). No Proposal shall be considered unless it is accompanied by a cashier's check on any State or National Bank in Texas or acceptable Bid Bond from a company licensed to issue bid bonds in the State of Texas, payable unconditionally to the Owner, in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the aggregate total amount of the proposed price. Within ten (10) days of the award of the Contract, the successful Respondent will be required to submit one hundred percent (100%) Performance and Payment bonds underwritten by a company licensed to issue bonds in the State of Texas. A Proposal will be considered irregular if it shows any omissions, alterations of form, additions or conditions not called for, or irregularities of any kind; provided, however, the District reserves the right to accept or reject, in part or in whole, any Proposal, and to waive any irregularities, informalities or technicalities for the best interest of the District.
