Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Rome, Georgia. Working plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Preferred methods of construction: a. Steel framed ramps and elements that have a surface of Skatelite Pro Slate or equal. b. Permanent concrete ramps and elements that incorporate, to the extent possible, the latest trends and innovations. c. Mixture of permanent concrete ramps and elements along with a mixture of steel -framed ramps and elements that have a surface of Skate Pro Slate or equal. Please submit questions in writing to gillilandb@floydcountyga.org deadline for questions is 5:00 PM, Friday, October 8, 2021. Upon completion of the foregoing process, the Design/Build Evaluation Team will rank firms based on the factors below so that negotiations may proceed with the top-ranked firm. Floyd County reserves the right to reject any and all submissions and its decision to do so shall be final.
