Plans and Specifications will only be available online at the Michigan Inter-governmental Trade Network (MITN) Purchasing Group site, http://www.bidnetdirect.com beginning Monday, January 10, 2022 Bidders are to submit any questions and pre-approved alternate requests via email to Adrianna Melchior at Hubbell, Roth & Clark, Inc. at amelchior@hrcengr.com by 5:00pm on Friday, January 28, 2022. Responses to all questions will be issued to bidders no later than 2:00pm on Tuesday, February 1, 2022. The anticipated award schedule for the project is as follows: March 7, 2022 Recommendation of Award at City Council Meeting March 15, 2022 Issue Notice to Proceed The City of Berkley reserves the right to reject all bids and to waive irregularities in bidding The project consists of four (4) divisions. Division I includes the office improvement main scope project. Division II includes improvements to the Parts Vestibule. Division III includes the new automated entry gates. Division IV includes work at the Animal Control Area
