Renovation of a water / sewer project in Batesburg, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

***As of March 24, 2021 project has not been awarded yet. A timeline for award has not yet been established. Removal and replacement of existing aerators in Basin 1 of the Town's wastewater treatment plant, basin cleaning, concrete rehabilitation, electrical system modifications and related work. This project is being funded in in part by a Community Development Block Grant. The Town will provide aeration equipment per the equipment quotation contained in Section 11378, Horizontal-Rotor Floating Aeration Equipment. The Contractor shall install the aeration equipment to include providing all other materials, equipment, hardware, etc. needed for a complete and proper installation. The equipment supplier will provide installation manualsand instructions for offloading and installation of the aeration equipment. The Contractor shall take possession of the equipment upon arrival at the WWTP and be responsible for off loading and any damage to the equipment during off loading, storage and installation The Bidder hereby agrees to commence work under this contract on or before a date to be specified in written "Notice to Proceed" from the Owner and to fully complete the project within One Hundred Eighty consecutive calendar days thereafter as stipulated in the specifications
