This project requires 22% DBE participation, or if the contract goal is not met, documented evidence of good faith efforts. The Complexity Factor for this project is 0. The Consultant who is selected for this project and all Subconsultants the Prime Consultant will be using are scheduled to attend an initial meeting on April 23, 2021 at 2:00 PM at the Region One/District One Office in Schaumburg. Phase II Land Acquisition services will be required under this contract to support district staff in the Bureau of Land Acquisition and for various land surveying projects throughout District One. Consultants will be responsible for supplying the necessary staff as required by the department. The staffing may include but not be limited to Land Surveyors, Engineers, Survey Technicians, CADD and GIS Technicians. Work orders under the blanket agreement will be negotiated and authorized by the department on an as-needed basis. The completion date for this contract will be 60 months after authorization to proceed. The Prime firm must be prequalified in the Special Services (Surveying) category to be considered for this project.
