Question Deadline: 12/14/2021 12:00 PM (CT) Contract No.22399999 The City of College Station Electric Utilities is soliciting Bids from firms who are interested and qualified to provide " A Three Phase Transformer for Switch Substation" It is the intent of the City of College Station to select a single vendor to Provide all the products outlined in this Bid and Install this Transformer. In order to ensure a fair and objective evaluation, all questions and inquiries related to this Bid shall be addressed in writing via the Q&A feature available through the Bidding System. The deadline for written questions is 12:00 A.M.C.D.T. on Monday, December 14, 2021. Proposals are solicited for the purchase of one (1) Electrical Power Transformer, threephase, 134,000 volts delta/13,200 volts wye grounded, ONAN/ONAF/ONAF ratings 25,000/33, 333/41,667 kVA, 55oC average winding rise, having all copper windings and furnished in compliance with all conditions contained in the specifications which follow. Respondent is to deliver the transformer to Switch Substation and furnish the crane and equipment to set the transformer on foundations, fully tested and oil filled. Three-Phase located at Switch Substation, 2700 Switch Station Road, Conduit and cabinet placement are critical, and Respondent shall take note of these requirements in the Specifications.
