Estimated Range -$5,000,000 - $10,000,000 The work of this single-bid project consists of restoration of various exterior masonry facades and includes work such as masonry cleaning, brick replacement, brick repointing, the removal and replacement of thru-wall flashing, shelf angles and cast stone. The work also includes resurfacing existing deteriorated exposed concrete surfaces with sprayed concrete and the application of silane sealer. All bidders must present evidence of skill, experience and financial qualifications per Information to Bidders, Section 7 of the project specs. Subcontracting is permitted (Section 2.18 of SUCF Agreement). Principal subcontractors must be named within 48 hrs after bid opening per Information for Bidders Section 8. Bidders must submit within 48 hrs either certification of its NYS VendRep questionnaire (preferred) or a signed and notarized paper CCA2 form (Version 9/13 only), Attachments A, B, and C, Appendix A form, work descriptions, and preliminary project schedule.
