The anticipated start date and completion date has not yet been established** Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Engineers Office by appointment only by contacting the project engineer, Mike Crane (mcrane@v3co.com), and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office Bids will be accepted only from Plan Holders of Record. In order to be a Plan Holder of Record, Bidding Documents must be purchased from the Issuing Office by contacting Jaci Coghlan by phone at 614-761- 1661 or email at jcoghlan@v3co.com. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder's Date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, Bid Security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders Attention of Bidders is called to all of the various requirements contained in the bid packet, particularly to the Federal and State requirements including Federal Labor Standards Provisions and Davis-Bacon Wage Rates, Equal Employment Opportunity, Lobbying and various other federal requirements. No bids shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the opening thereof.
