Renovation of a water / sewer project in Clifton, Arizona. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
As of 8/20/21 project has not yet been awarded. The Project consists of demolition of existing wastewater treatment plant equipment, and installation of a new Moving Bed Biological Reactor (MBBR) treatment plant, as well as a new 300 KVA standby generator. The Owner at their discretion may disqualify bids who do not register as a plan holder. Questions may be submitted in writing up to seven (7) business days before the Bid Opening. The following items shall accompany each complete Bid Proposal: 1. A satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the bidder payable to The Town of Clifton in the amount of five percent (5%) of the base bid. 2. A Non-Collusion Affidavit of Prime Bidders form completed and signed. 3. List of Subcontractors form completed and signed (if applicable). 4. Contractor's License Number and Arizona Registrar of Contractors License Class. 5. Bidder's Qualification Statements and any applicable forms completed and signed, if not submitted within the last 12 months.
