Site work for a water / sewer project in Seattle, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Project Work is located at two (2) site locations as described below: -- Site 1 (25th Avenue E and E Harrison Street): The Work is located in the unimproved right of way (ROW) on E Harrison Street between 25th Avenue E. and 26th Avenue E. in the Madison Valley neighborhood of Seattle, Washington. The ROW lies in a forested plot with a 35 feet elevation difference from the east to west, with E. 26th Avenue at the lowest end. Site 2 (33rd Avenue E and E Mercer Street): This Work is located within the ROW at the dead end portion of E Mercer Street to the west of 33rd Avenue E. in the Washington Park neighborhood of Seattle, Washington. The work area is near the top ofstaircase that runs from 32nd Avenue E up to the dead end at E Mercer Street. The Project Work consisting of the following elements for each of the two (2) sites is presented below: -- Site 1 (25th Avenue E and E Harrison Street): Remove and replacement of about 10 +/- feet of 8-inch clay sewer pipe downstream of MH 037-233, design and installation of a Professional engineered stamped support and safety system, clearing of vegetation, concrete sidewalk restoration, and the restoration and revegetation of the project area. The broken pipe is about 15 feet deep on the upstream end and 18 feet below ground surface on the downstream end feet. There is a right lateral connection within the repair area and temporary sewer bypassing will be required for the new pipe installation. Settlement monitoring is also required. Site 2 (33rd Avenue E and E Mercer Street): Removal and replacement of about 5 +/ feet of 8- inch clay sewer pipe upstream Manhole 038-265, removal and restoration of curb/gutter/street elements The roadway is made of concrete paneling with a stamped brick pattern finish, which will be replaced with equivalent stamped concrete panels. Temporary sewer bypassing will be required for the new pipe installation. Settlement monitoring system is also required. For purposes ofthe Inclusion Plan, this is considered an UNDERGROUND type of project with a Past Performance of 14% WMBE utilization rates based on completed projects.
