1,200 SF renovation / expansion to an existing restroom building within the City of Puyallup's Pioneer Park. Originally constructed in 1994, the existing building is approximately 21'x28'. The renovation will ensure a structure that will serve a larger population and one that will sit in cohesion with the other existing structures located at the Site. Site work includes grinder pump replacement, new / modified hardscape, landscape, and utilities. All work shall be physically complete within two-hundred (200) working days of receiving a Notice to Proceed. Time extensions may be granted for rainfall days that prevent work that is already in progress. The City of Puyallup reserves the right to accept a proposal of the lowest responsible bidder, reject any or all bids, and to waive irregularities in the bid or in the bidding.
