Demolition, site work, paving, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in West Linn, Oregon. Completed plans call for the addition of a stadium; for the demolition of a stadium; for the renovation of a stadium; for site work for a stadium; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Project got awarded with the amount of Total Base Bid: $4,880,000.00 plus Alt #1: $388,000.00 and a Total Bid with Alternate #1: $5,268,000.00 General Contractors will be required to submit a First-Tier Subcontractor Disclosure within the timeframe indicated below. Construct additional new seating and roof at each end of the existing grandstands. Remodel existing grandstand restrooms and press boxes. Upgrade utilities including data and communications in the grandstands. Across the sports field from the grandstands add addition aluminum bleachers to the existing "visitor" bleachers. Construct new parking lot to the north of the grandstands and add parking to the existing parking lot south of the school. Landscape and site work including planting, landscape walls, and walkways to connect the grandstands with the new parking lot to the north and to the street frontage. The work for this project shall be executed under a single general construction contract and includes Structural, Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Civil, Landscaping and Technology disciplines and work for the construction of WLHS Parking/ Stadium Additions for the West Linn - Wilsonville School District. Plan holders will also have access to digital documents at Willamette Print and Blueprint at the same location. Should a bidder wish additional sets or parts of sets, the bidder may obtain them by paying the cost of the reproduction thereof, plus handling and mailing costs, with no refund for the additional sets or parts thereof. Bidders shall use complete sets of Bidding Documents in preparing Bids. Neither the School District nor the Architect assumes any responsibility for errors or misinterpretations resulting from the use of incomplete sets of Bidding Documents. 1.05 BID SECURITY A. No proposal will be considered unless accompanied by bid security in the form of a certified check, bank cashier's check, or surety bond executed by a state-licensed surety company, payable to West Linn - Wilsonville School District, in the amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the Base Bid. No interest will be paid on bid security. No bidder may withdraw his/her bid after the hour set for the opening thereof, or thereafter, before award of the Contract, unless award is delayed for a period exceeding thirty (30) days from the date of bid opening. Return or retention of bid security shall be subject to the provisions of ORS 279.031. 1.06 DISCLOSURE FORM A. All contractors, pursuant to ORS 279.027, are required to complete Document 00 43 50 - First-Tier Subcontractor Disclosure Form under the requirements of AIA Document A701 - Instructions to Bidders. This Project is subject to State of Oregon Prevailing Wage requirements in accordance with ORS 279c.800 through ORS 279c.870.
