The City of Riverview is seeking proposals for the Fire Station Garage Door Replacement Project located at the Riverview Fire Station - 18500 Civic Park Drive, Riverview, MI 48193. Questions are submitted online No SECTION I: Six Doors, Hardware, 2" tracks, springs and solid split torsion shafts. Remove and Replace (6) Garage Doors Opening Size 11'4" x 12' with new Clopay Model 3728 Insulated Door, Bronze in color- 2" Polyurethane, aprox. 18.4 R-Value, sections 2, 3, 4, 5, insulated tempered, clear plain glass, Solid Bottom (Section 6) and Top Section (Section 1). Including all sectional door hardware, 2" reverse angle mount tracks, 4 doors have 12" RADIUS, 2 doors have 6 " RADIUS low headroom, commercial grade hardware. 50,000 high cycle springs, solid split torsion shafts with center coupler. side tuck seal, top flap seals and bottom u seals.
