**As of March 17, 2021, the project has been awarded but award amount was not confirmed.** The City of Broken Arrow invites sealed bids for Fire Station 7 Furniture and Equipment, in accordance with the provisions, specifications and bidding instructions set forth in this invitation for bid. This specification covers furnishing and delivery, touch-up and repair or replacement of the items specified to the facility, unloading, assembling, leveling, completely installing and removing all crating, wrapping, etc. from the premises. Storage, loading, and unloading at the jobsite is the sole responsibility of the successful Vendor on items involved. Furnishings are to be distributed and placed in the individual buildings and rooms as designated in specifications and on floor plans. The City of Broken Arrow reserves the right to reject any bid that does not comply with the requirements and specifications of the ITB. A bid shall be rejected when the bidder imposes terms or conditions that would modify requirements of the ITB or limit the bidder's liability to the City.
