Renovation of an educational facility in Robinson, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Robinson CUSD #2 is inviting sealed Bid Proposals from interested and qualified parties for Robinson High School Boiler Replacement. This project consists of construction of the replacement of one boiler in the existing northeast mechanical room. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of five percent (5%)of the bid amount. No bids may be with-drawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids. The Owner requires all contractors and vendors doing business with the Owner not to discriminate against anyone on the basis of race, age, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, ancestry, non job-related handicaps or national origin. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. Bids will be held good for a period of sixty (60) calendar days days subsequent to the opening of bids. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work. A Performance Bond, separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insur-ance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder.
