Bleachers shall have gross seating of 1,188, net seats of 1,008, flex row, ADA spacing, auto folding aisle rails, auto folding end rails, 22" spacing, 3 aisles per bank, wood finished platforms, signature letters, pendent controlled UL listed power, no permanent cut outs, flex row ADA.
