Site work for a transportation facility in Corpus Christi, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility.
The scope of work generally includes realigning sections of track, relocating turnouts, and removal and stockpile of sections of track and turnouts. It is anticipated this contract will be awarded at the PCCA commission meeting held in March 2021. It is further anticipated that the Notice to Proceed will be issued upon execution of the Agreement in April 2021. Contractor will complete the Project within the number of calendar days stated in the Bid. The work to be executed under this contract will commence within ten (10) calendar days of the date of the written Notice to Proceed and completed within sixty (60) calendar days of said date. Liquidated Damages compensation will be $300 per calendar day. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE : 3/1/2021 5:00 PM
