Work included under this Project consists of demolition, new gas fired boilers, pool and domestic water heaters, pumps, piping and associated controls and electrical work. Additional work as indicated on the drawings and in the specifications. Since it is not the intent to delineate or describe every detail and feature of the Work, the Contractor shall perform all construction work shown on the contract drawings and not expressly mentioned in the specifications, and all work not specified and not shown on the drawing but obviously necessary to the proper execution of same. No additions to the Contract Sum will be approved for any materials, equipment, and/or labor to perform work hereunder unless it can be clearly shown to be beyond the scope and intent of the drawings and specifications and absolutely essential to the proper execution of the Work.
