Renovation of a municipal facility in New Philadelphia, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Work for which proposals are invited consists of furnishing all labor and materials to remove and relocate (1) one existing generator and provide and install (1) one new emergency generator. The aforementioned work shall include but is not limited to: demo and relocation of existing generator, provide and install new emergency generator and to provide all labor, materials and installation of gas, electrical and site repair as needed. All proposals shall be made on blank forms furnished by the Architect, and shall be enclosed in an opaque envelope, sealed and addressed to the Owner, and titled, "Emergency Generators for Tuscarawas County Commissioners". Contractor's name and trade bidding should appear on exterior of envelope. No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of sixty (60) days after the date of the opening thereof. The Tuscarawas County Commissioners, New Philadelphia, Ohio, reserve the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Chapter 4115, Wage and Hours on Public Works of the Ohio Revised Code - State Prevailing Wage applies.
