Renovation of a medical facility in Wichita Falls, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 100,000-square-foot medical facility.
The scope of work includes ceiling hardening and patient safety provisions in Patient Sleeping and Common Areas to eliminate ligature and injury risks with replacement of sprinkler heads to Raven institutional type, installation of tamper resistant light fixtures, diffusers and grilles, and life safety devices, replacement of doors and door hardware, and modifications in toilet rooms and showers for phased work using swing space in Buildings 518, 521, and 683, replacement of doors and hardware in Patient Common Areas in Buildings 510 and 511, electronic access controls in Administrative Buildings 504, 505, 509, 703, and 707, and replacement of Sprinkler system in Building 695 Warehouse. Additive Alternates include acoustic rubber flooring and acoustic wall panels in Patient Sleeping and Common Areas in Buildings 510, 511, 518, 521, and 683. Project Estimate: The approximate cost for construction of the Project is $2,400,000.00 Deadline for submitting Questions Friday, May 21, 2021 at 5:00 P.M. Central Time
