The City of Plant City, Florida seeks bids from qualified vendors to furnish all labor, materials, supervision, equipment, tools, transportation and supplies necessary to complete the CDBG Streets Resurfacing as indicated herein The City of Plant City has identified seven streets within the city to mill and resurface using the 2019 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding. The project consists of milling the existing surface course and installing an asphalt overlay of the same milling thickness. On some streets the milling and resurfacing will be an average depth due to the varying thickness of the existing pavement.
