The project consists of the construction of a secondary irrigation water turnout structure on the Welby Canal and a storm drainpipe crossing of the canal near 10200 South and 3788 West. The project includes the furnishing and installation of all materials; all labor; supplies; tools, equipment, parts, rentals, fuels, utilities, subcontractors, suppliers, mobilization and all other cost including overhead and profit necessary to complete the project based on construction plans per APWA standards, Welby Jacob Canal Company requirements, and City specifications.
