Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Rochester, New York. Completed plans call for the addition of a 1,874-square-foot educational facility; for the renovation of a 1,874-square-foot educational facility; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and educational facility.

This project includes: The Helendale Road Primary School campus is located at: 220 Helendale Road, Rochester, New York 14609. The project consists of a full Library renovation and expansion with a new 1,874sf building addition to the North elevation of the Elementary School. The addition includes a new Library expansion, new Makerspace, and learning areas with flex space along with new landscaping and hardscape features. The project also includes major interior renovations with abatement of pipe insulation, existing VAT flooring, mastic, wall base and plaster ceilings along with removal of window framing and glazing throughout various Classrooms of the Elementary School. General renovations includes complete removal and replacement of the existing Gymnasium partitions, along with full renovations to various Classrooms and Music Rooms with upgrading finishes throughout. Also included is full replacement and modifications of the HVAC systems at various locations along with electrical upgrades and replacement of lighting throughout. Full replacement to the existing Interactive White Boards (IWB) systems along with upgrades to the power and data systems within the Classrooms are also included. The project also includes installation of a new asphalt playground with hopscotch and four square court system and overall lawn restorations. Each Bidder shall deposit with its bid, security in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the base bid in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the "INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS." The Owner further reserves its right to disqualify Bidders for any material failure to comply with the "INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS" and "SUPPLEMENTARY INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS." Contact DataFlow, Inc. in advance for pick-up. Bidders wishing sets of Plans and Specifications to be mailed to them shall include, in addition to the document deposit, a non-refundable check in the amount of Thirty Five Dollars ($35.00) per set for handling and postage, sent and made payable to DataFlow, Inc.
