The project consists of but is not limited to the following: Provide additional sidewalk and shared The El Paso County is proposing to provide additional sidewalk and shared use path to enhance bicycle and pedestrian safety and provide connectivity for the Tornillo community. Two separate projects, Tornillo North sidewalks (CSJ 0924-06-617) and Tornillo South (CSJ 0924-06-616), will be combined under this contract. Do not contact the requesting department. Work consists of removing existing driveways, curb, and sidewalks, gates,signs to include excavation, manhole adjustments, etc. Install new sidewalk, driveways,curb and gutter, ramps, signs, gates and other items shown on the plans. For the Tornillo South sidewalks/sup project (CSJ 0924-06-616), El Paso County isproposing to add sidewalk along one side of Cobb Avenue, Florinda Drive, Linda Drive,Florella Drive, 2nd Street, and a 10' wide shared use path on 3rd Street in Tornillo, Texas. Work consists of removing existing driveways, curb, sidewalks, fence, bollards, signs,excavation, and other items shown on the plans.
