Renovation of a municipal facility in Paterson, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of 2/6/25, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The County of Passaic is inviting vendors to submit proposals to provide fire extinguishers, fire sprinkler systems, domestic water back flow preventers, and fire pumps maintenance, repair services, inspection, and new equipment installation at the Passaic County facilities., if exigent circumstances exist, accommodations to overnight Bid Documents may be delivered at the bidder's expense. Bid proposals must be submitted on the forms supplied by the County The County shall live stream all bid openings, clearly announce the title of the bid, and display each sealed bid package, back and front, for the camera prior to the bids being opened.The contents of each bid package shall be read aloud upon opening, including the price(s), and noting, at minimum, the presence of any documents required to be part of the bid submission. After the close of the bid opening, the bid package of the apparent low bidder shall be fully scanned and posted online . The bid opening shall be recorded and archived.
