Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Neenah, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

**As of April 20, 2021 the project has been awarded with the amount of $2,840,940.25.** The work shall consist of pulverizing, fine grading and installing new HMA pavement on various roadways located in the Village of Fox Crossing and Town of Clayton. There is approximately 43,000 linear feet of existing asphalt pavement streets to be pulverized and fine graded and placement of 27,600 tons of new HMA pavement. Additional work includes approximately 730 linear feet of new concrete curb and gutter, 1,300 linear feet of replacement concrete curb and gutter, 17,000 linear feet of pavement marking and 3,480 tons of aggregate shouldering. All Bidders shall Bid in accordance with and upon the Bid Forms included in the Contract Documents. Engineer's estimate is $2.8M. No Bid shall be received unless accompanied by a Certified Check or satisfactory Bid Bond payable to the Village of Fox Crossing in an amount not less than 5% of the maximum Bid as a guarantee that, if the Bid is accepted, the Bidder will execute and file the Contract, Performance/Payment Bonds and Insurance Certification, as required by the Contract Documents, within 15-days after the Notice of Award. The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any informalities in bidding or to accept the bid or bids which best serves the interests of the village of fox crossing. Withdrawal of bids no bid shall be withdrawn for a period of 60-days after the scheduled opening without the consent of the owner. Governing laws & regulations the contract letting shall be subject to the provisions of sections 66.0901, 66.0903 and 779.14 of the wisconsin statutes.
