The scope of this project includes, but is not limited, to, the following: renovations including a new board room, executive conference room, and staff development and training areas. The first floor is the new board room, large meeting room, executive conference room and a large welcoming lobby. The board room will also function as staff development and training space. The large meeting room on the first floor can be utilized by staff and meeting space for community clubs, groups, or functions, complete with a kitchenette. The upper floor of the building will house several administrative functions, including an open workspace, private and shared offices, and a break area.
