Renovation of a municipal facility in Stoughton, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Makeup Air Unit Replacement for Stoughton District Court. DCAMM certification Prime Contractor: HVAC. Each bidder shall visit the site of work and fully acquaint themselves with existing conditions and ascertain pertinent local conditions readily determined by inspection and inquiry, such as the location, accessibility, and travel routes throughout the site, Contract Documents, Plans and Specifications shall not relieve him from the obligations incurred by him if his bid is accepted A The work described herein shall be interpreted as work to be done by the Heating Contractor and shall be known as the Mechanical Contractor or Prime Contractor. B. The scope of the work shall include the work for this entire project as indicated on the Drawings and/or specified in these Specifications. It is the responsibility of the Mechanical Contractor to interpret, from the Drawings, which item belongs to which component of the various systems and/or part thereof. This includes all required to provide all Subcontractors and the work of other Sections pertaining to same. C. Provide all necessary and required labor, materials and equipment, incidentals, etc. necessary to complete the work of this Section 15500 (and other Sections), and without limiting the generality thereof includes but not necessarily in this order Removal of existing packaged gas fired rooftop makeup air units tagged as RTU-1 and RTU-2 in their entirety Removal of existing supply air supply duct from RTU-1 and RTU-2-unit discharge to associated existing penetration of roof. Removal of existing RTU-1 and RTU-2 automatic temperature controls w. Any and all other no longer to be used or abandoned equipment associated with RTU-1 and RTU-2 v. Complete rigging and installation of new packaged gas fired rooftop makeup air units tagged as MAU-1 and MAU-2 as shown on the mechanical plans iv. Complete rigging, installation, insulation jacketing and connection of new supply air ductwork from MAU-1 and MAU-2-unit discharge to associated existing penetration of roof, v. Complete installation and integration of new MAU-1 and MAU-2 automatic temperature controls iv. Any and all other material and equipment necessary for installation and operation of all new equipment installed under this scope of work
