Renovation of a mixed-use development in Worcester, Massachusetts. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

No bids received. The work shall include, but is not limited to, the following major items of work: Demolition of restroom fixtures, fluorescent lighting fixtures, a door and partial wall New construction of partitions, transaction desk, cabinetry, and millwork. Electrical work including new lighting and power for the updated layout. Note: Please reference the attached drawing(s) for additional information. Work is expected to be completed within 60 consecutive days. All Work either shown on the Drawings or included in the Specifications unless specifically indicated as not to be done. Renovation of an existing 350 SF open office. The scope includes demolition; reconfiguration & new layout of the building; new finishes and lighting. 275 Pleasant Street, a WHA property, was originally opened in 1971. The eight-story structure is currently houses approximately 130 tenants. The management office, located just off of the main entrance lobby, is to be updated to reorganize workflow, and maintain safe and healthy distancing with employees and the daily tenant visitors. The updates include a new office layout including a divided workstation/transaction counter, storage solutions, updated lighting, and updated finish treatments on the walls and floors.
