Description

Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a medical facility in Saint-Eustache, Quebec. Completed plans call for the addition of a 33,500-square-foot, three-story above grade medical facility; for the demolition of a medical facility; for site work for a medical facility; and for the renovation of a medical facility.

Expansion of the Saint-Eustache hospital to accommodate a nuclear medicine unit, offices and undeveloped areas. The project will also include the dismantling of a modular administrative complex associated with the hospital, as well as the diversion of a vehicle access road. TIMELINE: The owner has awarded a general contractor for the project implementation following the public tender CISSSLAU-MM-AO-20220301. Construction is underway. Note. The previous tender CISSSLAU-MM-AO-20210112 was cancelled by the owner.
