Site work, paving and new construction of a municipal facility in Woodbridge, Virginia. Completed plans call for the construction of a 30,000-square-foot municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; and for paving for a municipal facility.

**As of December 5, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The current County-owned building located at 14716 Potomac Mills Road, Woodbridge, VA 22192 with multiple wooden sheds, a paved surface parking lot, a gravel parking lot, and an outdoor walk-in refrigerator, and all other existing improvements at this address excluding the existing underground storm water treatment facility at the rear of the property will be demolished and/or removed and a new facility will be constructed. The new facility will provide overnight, temporary, emergency sheltering and wraparound services for adults experiencing homelessness, while also providing a safe environment following Center for Disease Control guidance for social distancing. A Drop-In Center program will also be part of the programming. The new facility will provide for increased cooperation and coordination between community partners to address individuals' needs. Services to be offered may include case management, medical care, mental health and substance abuse screening, public benefits, employment resources, and assistance to help find appropriate and available housing.
