SBCS is requesting Bids from Offerors to provide the most practical, time effective and costefficient solution to renovate Spotsylvania Middle School. The description of services shall establish minimum requirements and expectations. Spotsylvania County Public Schools intends to award to one Contractor but expressly reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality or irregularity in the bids received, and to award a bid to be in the best interests of Spotsylvania County Public Schools. SBCS will accept proposals from all Contractors qualified under the terms of the enclosed documents and those Contractors who attend the mandatory pre-bid conference.
