Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Central City, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The project will include the labor, machinery, and materials to excavate and repair the retaining wall and adjacent walkway (Nevada Street Side). Existing stone will be re-used to the greatest extend possible. Any additional new stone required for the retaining wall will beChippewa Cocoa Ledge stone known as farmers stone. It is similar to the existing stone used throughout Central City. This includes an ADA railing for the steps and a removable railing for the retaining wall. To be eligible for consideration, the proposer must be capable of supplying the Design and Construction Services as noted within the attached RFP.
