**As of April 6, 2021, this project has been awarded to Anderson Columbia Company, Inc. in the amount of $582,418.97. Marion County Office of the County Engineer seeks qualified bidders to mill, overlay, and widen the existing roadway which will include constructing driveway aprons, establishing sod, and restriping the existing roadway on NE 25th Avenue from NE 49th Street to NE 35th Street. Marion County Procurement Services will not accept submittals received after said time and date and will refuse any late offers, unopened. All solicitations are subject to the Prohibition of Lobbying Clause - (1) Bid totals only will be read aloud at Bid openings and (2) Proposals will be evaluated in accordance with Selection Committee process, and as the meeting is noticed on DemandStar. For either process, vendors may attend, however may not ask questions of the Staff, or discuss any aspect of the offer.
