Competitive Sealed Proposal:CSP2022-15 North Belt Elementary Replacement. All Proposal documents may be obtained via the District online bidding system at https://humbleisd.ionwave.net. ALL ALTERNATES responses, Unit Pricing, Project documents, Down load of forms, and upload of required attachments are submitted via the Districts' online bidding system on CSP2022-15-North Belt Elementary-ALTERNATES BID. Note from Sedalco Construction to their sub-bidders: Please pay close attention to the Alternates on the project as they relate to your proposals, and submit all pricing accordingly. Namely, Alternate 1, which is for all of "Area E" on the project. The bas bid is to leave this area out of the job completely, and the Alternate price will include almost all scopes of work to give an add to build that area. The drawings to a very poor job of noting this area as an Alternate, so please adjust pricing accordingly. Alternate 8 also effects several scopes in the same way, and again is very poorly detailed on the drawings. Refer to Spec section 012300 to read all the Alternate descriptions, and be prepared on bid day to have your proposal reflect pricing accordingly. Addendum #1-#4 has been issued.
