Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Hempstead, Texas. Working plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Texas Heritage Parkway Improvement District will receive sealed bids for a roadway construction project (Section 3C) for construction of the Texas Heritage Parkway, a four-lane boulevard, approximately 0.5 miles in length, along Pederson Rd, from IH 10 to Kingsland Blvd. Substantial Completion is considered to be completion, in the opinion of the Engineer, of all required permanent and temporary construction, lighting, temporary or permanent signing, temporary (work zone) or permanent pavement markings, traffic signals, safety devices, and incidentals in order to open the completed roadway pavement (4-lanes and turn lanes) from IH 10 to the tie to Kingsland Blvd. Section 3C 1. Approx. 17,400 SY of 10-inch concrete pavement 2. Approx. 19,200 SY of 8-inch lime stabilized subgrade 3. Approx. 8,770 LF of reinforced concrete curb 4. Approx. 2,030 SY of stamped concrete 5. Storm Water Pollution Control 6. Traffic Signals 7. Illumination 8. Approx. 5,000 LF of reinforced concrete pipes 9. Approx. 560 LF of reinforced concrete boxes QA Expiration Date has changed from 2/25/2021 5:00:00 PM CDT to 3/3/2021 1:00:00 PM CDT Bids not accepted. Project will be redesigned and let/bid at a future date.
