A firm timeline for construction has not been disclosed. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The scope of the professional engineering services requested are to evaluate the gravity sewer versus vacuum sewer analysis, design the improvements, prepare bid documents, obtain required permits, provide bidding assistance, assist in construction contractor selection, provide construction management services, review shop drawings, answer contractor requests for information, authorize pay requests, prepare record drawings, provide operation and maintenance manuals, assist with start-up, and certify completion of construction.
