Site work for a water / sewer project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project consists of rehabilitating approximately 12,000 linear feet of sanitary sewer pipe of various sizes through pipe bursting, CIPP, point repair, obstruction removals, and root removal; replacement of sanitary sewer services, manhole rehabilitation, and replacement of approximately 125 linear feet of various sized sanitary sewer pipe (Key Map No. 371-V). A Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of five percent of Bidder's maximum Bid price (determined by adding the base bid and all alternates) and in the form of a certified check, bank money order, or a Bid bond (on the form included in the Bidding Documents) issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Paragraphs 6.01 and 6.02 of the General Conditions he Work will be substantially completed within 180 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as provided in Paragraph 4.01 of the General Conditions, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions within 210 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run.
