COUNTY PROJECT NO.: 005-046-003, 005-088-001, 005-089-001, 005-2021BO, & 005-090-001/CITY PROJECT NO. 2021-10 LOCATION: VARIOUS LOCATIONS TYPE OF WORK: Mill Bituminous Surface, Bituminous Surfacing, ADA Ramp Improvements, Aggregate Shouldering, & Striping. The Major Items of Work are approximately: 1,230 TON, Type SP 4.75 Non Wearing Course Mix (2,B) 6,600 TON, Type SP 9.5 Wearing Course Mix (2,B) 14,585 TON, Type SP 9.5 Wearing Course Mix (2,B) - 3.0% Bids must be sealed, identified on the envelope and accompanied by a Certified Check or a Bidder's Bond in the amount of 5% of the bid and made payable to the Treasurer of Benton County. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities and further reserves the right to award the contract to serve the best interest of Benton County.
