The place of performance of the work is at Ecole Pamphile-Le May located at 6380, rue Garneau, Sainte-Croix (Quebec) G0S 2H0. The contract must begin on Monday, June 27, 2022 and be completed on or before Friday, August 26, 2022. All tenders must be accompanied by a tender guarantee , either in the form of a certified check for an amount equal to 10% of the total amount of the tender excluding all applicable taxes , payable to the Center de services scolaire Navigators, or an irrevocable letter of guarantee or a bid bond established in the same amount valid for a period of 45 days from the date of opening of bids. Note that the letter of guarantee or the bid bond must be issued by a financial institution that is an insurer holding a license issued in accordance with the Insurance Act(RSQ, c. A-32) authorizing the practice of suretyship insurance, a trust company holding a license issued under the Trusts and Savings Companies Act (RSQ, c. S-29.01), a financial services cooperative covered by the Financial Services Cooperatives Act (RSQ, c. C-67.3) or a bank within the meaning of the Banks Act (SC , 1991, c. 46), otherwise the submission will be automatically rejected . This public call for tenders is subject to the following intergovernmental agreements: ACCQO - Trade and Cooperation Agreement between Quebec and Ontario; AQNB - Agreement for the release of public markets in Quebec and New Brunswick; CFTA - Canadian Free Trade Agreement.
