Reference Number 0000192690 Source ID FD.CO.ON.6696.C4345 Agreement Type Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement(CETA) Agreement Type 2 North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) To establish multiple Standing Offer Agreements (SOA's) for the provision of Transformation Execution and Project Management consulting services on an as and when required basis to support on-going requirements at Canada Post on a National Level. This initiative will primarily support the Transformation Program Office with the Supply of experienced Project Management resources, the development and operation of Enterprise Project Management, Enterprise Portfolio Management, Transformation Program Management, Transformation Benefit Manage and Enterprise Change Management. The proposed term of the SOA's will be for a period of five years with the option to renew for an additional two year period. This RFP sets out the process by which a Proposer or Proposers will be identified for potential contract award or awards. The method of contractor selection has not determined at this time.
