Construction of a 1.5 overlay on Old Hwy 34 starting at Hwy 34 in Clark County and proceeding east approximately 8.15 miles to Road 4 in Comanche County. Old Hwy 34 is also M Road in Clark County and Avenue G in Comanche County. Prequalification Required: Y Work to be done shall consist of furnishing all labor, material, construction equipment, and incidentals necessary to construct: Clark County and Comanche County Asphalt Improvement Project.
